Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project work flow including client and team communications.
Outline initial implementation plan, and monitor and test clients' projects as they are developed.
Manage communication with project team members and helping with the production work in a pinch.
Project Planning, Estimations, Management.
Weekly timesheets audit of team members.
Training/Mentoring /project schedules to team members.
Requirement analysis, research works, database designing for ongoing projects in team.
Coding quality and standards review/audit of ongoing projects in team.
Taking weekly/monthly customer feedback about work delivery and performance of team members allocated in ongoing projects.
Weekly / Monthly team performance report submission to Operations Manager.
Ensuring meeting of project deadlines.
Develop productive, enjoyable client relationships.
QA of all new and existing client sites

Personal Life

I was born in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, INDIA to K.Muniasamy and K.M Jeevarathnam.My family is middle class;My father worked as Regional Secertaty/Manager in SBI and my mum is Housewife.I have one Elder brother and one Younger brother.
